ChainCatcher Nachrichten: Das an der NASDAQ gelistete Unternehmen GD Culture kündigte an, dass der Vorstand die Genehmigung zur Veräußerung, Umwandlung oder Veräußerung der derzeit gehaltenen 7.500 Bitcoin-Reserven erteilt hat, um die zuvor angekündigten Aktienrückkaufprogramme zu finanzieren.
Berichten zufolge werden diese Bitcoin-Verkäufe in mehreren Tranchen erfolgen und vom Management flexibel im besten Interesse des Unternehmens und der Aktionäre durchgeführt. Die Erlöse aus dem Verkauf der Bitcoin werden für den Rückkauf von Stammaktien des Unternehmens sowie zur Deckung der damit verbundenen Kosten, einschließlich Maklerprovisionen, Gebühren und Steuern, verwendet.
