If you're a bull, this is not what you want
USDT supply has been downtrending for the past 2 months
- Peaked December 30th, 2026
- Down $4B from peak
Generally goes up for months after the $BTC ATH top
This time it did so for ~3 months post-October ATH

I used to wake up and check the Bitcoin price immediately
Today it takes hours for me to remember
This price action is boring and it's not in a spot where you should long/short unless you're crazy in the head

I pay 50% of my income just so I can destroy my car in the potholes that should be getting fixed with it
I pay 50% of my income just so when I need to go to the hospital I have no bed to lie on

my mind just got blown
asked Claude to be the most honest it can possible be and critique me on every possible angle based on the 2 month prompting journey
it told me more about myself in one go than I could possible know if I was doing therapy for years
highly recommend

The winner of the next cycle is here
Throughput is less of a concern; there's plenty of it to handle 100x more economic activity in crypto
Key aspects:
→ HYPE revenue is used for buybacks, token performance ++++
→ Solana's app revenue does not work the same way as HYPE but the success of its apps is directly tied to the success of its token performance (adoption, demand for SOL for trading, etc)
→ Ethereum is just not investable at all. It is so overvalued on all aspects.
Who do you think has a better Revenue/Market Cap ratio in 2 years from now?
HYPE-3,34%
SOL-1,23%
ETH-1,74%

This is your bear market cheat sheet
It is literally the only thing you need to buy the BTC bottom
2015, 2018 and 2022 all made you think "this time is different."
It wasn't. Bitcoin reached new ATHs.
It will likely do the same in the next 2-3 years

Craziest fact of the month:
Despite Bitcoin being down ~50% from the ATH, the ETF holdings only dropped 5%
They believe in Bitcoin more than we do at this point.

I asked Claude what he thinks of OpenClaw and the AI hype
He directly compared it to crypto in '21, saying this time the hype is real 😭

I have made many mistakes in my investment lifetime
Many can be traced back to having more experience
Our younger versions know better than us
→ Price Down = More Sellers
→ Price Up = More Buyers
Generational Wealth
→ ETH 2020 = Smart Contracts
→ SOL 2022 = Far better tech than ETH, More Users, Cheaper to Use
→ HYPE 2024 = Volume, Superior Tokenomics, Clear Vision & Great Execution
Most things are easy to explain
We just overthink and lose ourselves in the process

This is what Claude has to say about Bitcoin
→ This is the weakest post-halving rally in history
→ The average ETF cost basis is $84,099
→ Spot ETF holdings are only 5% below peak holdings despite a 46% price crash
→ Businesses acquired 1,400 BTC/day in 2025
→ 1 year outlook: $100K-$150K (55%) driven by FED cuts and ETF flows resuming
The main point is that buying at any price below $70K will look great in hindsight when Bitcoin is above $200K.
Claude generated an 18-page institutional report on Bitcoin.
To be honest, this was an amazing read.

Bitcoin has been going in tandem with IGV (Software)
[2021-2023], [2025-2026]
IGV -44% , -32%
BTC -77%. , -53%
1.75x downside, 1.65x downside
The market has been selling off software stocks because AI is eating the world right now. If you're not allocated to AI-related investments, you underperform, and funds have to be in the trade unless they want to see AUM bleed.
There is no doubt that AI is going to kill a ton of companies, but this sell-off could indicate fear that will do so today or in 6 months, which is not going to happen.
Unless the big software companies like MSFT, Oracle, Sal

Not a single tweet this week about the fact BTC is up from $65K to $70K
Apathy is a good sign of a bottoming phase

Anyone here has a good recommendation for getting a UAE passport?
It's getting increasingly scary to just have a EU passport at this point
