The only way to become stronger is to infinitely approach your bottleneck. I am increasingly certain of one thing: when a person truly starts to get stronger, it is not by becoming more ruthless, more determined, or more tense, but by being willing to infinitely approach their own bottleneck. Many people mistakenly think that high energy is a state of excitement, but I later realized that truly stable and sustainable high energy must have a foundation of calmness, clarity, and not being pulled in different directions. In the context of spiritual awakening, there is a phrase I really like: “I like you very much, but you are not your thoughts.” When a person is no longer entangled by emotions and thoughts, their energy can truly return to themselves. Calmness does not mean the absence of problems; rather, when problems arise, your inner self no longer collapses—that is a very deep form of strength.
