Looking ahead 10 years, true competitiveness will no longer be about standardized skills, but rather about your ability to think independently.

Think carefully, most so-called "effort" is actually just following the trend. When others learn programming, you do too; when others get certifications, you do as well; when others aim for big tech companies, you rush in—so what’s the result? This passive following is the easiest to be defeated by AI.

Why are some people eliminated by AI, while others manage to break through strongly? The answer is simply and bluntly:

**The 99% who are eliminated** rely on repetitive labor and standardized skills. When AI can do it faster and cheaper, you lose your bargaining power.

**The 1% who survive and can even turn the tables** take a completely different path. They have a clear sense of autonomy, know what they want, and dare to break established routes. Because of this uniqueness, their value is something AI cannot replicate—at least not yet.

As we go further, "personalization" and "creativity" become more valuable. And these are exactly things that mechanical conformity can never provide.

You're absolutely right. Following the crowd to learn programming is already outdated. What truly matters are those who can think things through on their own.

Wake up, everyone. Your coding bootcamp diploma might just be AI training data. It's the truth—those in the 1% have long been betting on their judgment rather than their resumes. Following the trend leads to marginalization. This isn't motivational talk; it's the basic rule of the survival game.

You're absolutely right. Following the trend and competing to the death will ultimately be replaced by machines. It's better to start figuring out what you truly want now.

That's correct, this is similar to the logic of differentiation in on-chain ecosystems. Projects that copied and pasted contracts in the early days have long since died; only those with a clear narrative have survived to the present. The AI era is like the authentication of digital artifacts—things that can be copied are doomed to depreciate, and scarcity is king.
