The left tends to weaponize 'neoliberalism' as a blanket term against any economic policies they dislike. The problem? The word's been stripped of real meaning through constant misuse. When every market-oriented policy gets slapped with that label, the term loses its analytical value and becomes just another political jab.

This phrase has indeed been overused. Every time I hear these two words, I know they're shifting the blame again.

Rather than arguing about the label itself, it's better to first look at the actual effects of the policy. After all these years of debate, everyone still has their own opinions, right?

That's right, now "neoliberalism" is just like an internet meme that's been overused; everything can be labeled with that hat.
