Gold Finance reported that Messari released the LayerZero Q2 2024 State of the Network report, with LayerZero adding support for 12 networks and facilitating the transfer of $5 billion worth of encryption assets, with an average transfer value rising by 78% to over $400. The transfer volume on the Ethereum network rose by 26% compared to the previous month, reaching $913 million, mainly due to the drop in gas fees after the Dencun upgrade and the introduction of full-chain stake. On June 20th, LayerZero airdropped ZRO tokens to 1.28 million eligible wallets, using anti-Sybil Attack measures and donation proof mechanisms. In the second quarter, LayerZero supported the deployment of over 50,000 full-chain applications (OApps), covering various fields such as games, Decentralized Finance, AI, etc. LayerZero currently supports secure communication for over 80 networks, providing interoperability solutions for full-chain applications.
