CASIC: Long March 2 liquid carrier rocket fairing delivery for first flight

On August 16, Jinsan Data News, the Arrow II liquid carrier rocket’s fairing separation system was successfully launched. This product is a lightweight fairing made of carbon fiber composite material, with a diameter of 4200mm and a length of 12.19m. It adopts a column and inverted cone integrated molding process and a local stiffness design suitable for fairing separation. It is reported that the Arrow II liquid carrier rocket has entered the large-scale ground test and verification phase of the engineering development stage and is scheduled to make its first flight in 2025.
