PANews January 4 News, according to Xinhua News Agency, Angélica Rodríguez, Director of the Office of the President of Colombia, announced on the evening of the 3rd that Colombia has requested an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council on the 5th and proposed a special meeting of the Permanent Council of the Organization of American States to address the impact of the changing situation in Venezuela on regional stability.
