Jin10 reported on August 26 that, according to the Ukrainian International News Agency and other media, on August 26 local time, Mykhailo Volynets, chairman of the Independent Trade Union of Ukraine, reported that the Russian military shelling caused a power outage at the mines in the Dobropillya area of Donetsk region, currently trapping 148 miners underground. There has been no response from the Russian side.
