Australia's major port iron ore export volume hits an all-time high

Jin10 data July 24 report, in June, the iron ore dump volume at Australia’s largest bulk export terminal surged to a record level, indicating ample seaborne supply of iron ore. Data released by the Pilbara Ports Authority on Thursday showed that iron ore exports from Hedland Port rose to 54.6 million tons last month, surpassing the peak set a year ago. Year-to-date exports have increased to approximately 288 million tons, slightly higher than last year’s record of 286.9 million tons for the half year.
