PANews May 5 news, according to CoinDesk, U.S. President Donald Trump recently publicly denied claims that he personally profits from the TRUMP memecoin named after him.
In an interview with NBC News, Trump stated that he “has not profited from anything” and is not focused on the market performance of the token, believing that any potential financial gain is “incidental.”
However, previous analysis reports (such as Chainalysis) pointed out that the token had created hundreds of thousands of dollars in fee revenue for its supporters in a short period of time. Additionally, it has been reported that 80% of the supply of the TRUMP token is held by wallets jointly controlled by entities associated with Trump, CIC Digital LLC (also used to manage its NFT series), and Fight Fight Fight LLC. Recently, the White House also announced plans to invite the 220 largest holders of the TRUMP token to dinner with the President.
