Theo biểu đồ, Tether (USDT) và Circle (USDC) hiện chiếm tới 84,8% tổng nguồn cung stablecoin toàn cầu, khẳng định vai trò trung tâm của họ đối với thanh khoản thị trường tiền mã hóa.
Từ giữa năm 2021 đến đầu năm 2026, tổng nguồn cung stablecoin đã tăng mạnh và gần đây vượt mốc 300 tỷ USD. Trong suốt giai đoạn này, USDT luôn giữ vị trí stablecoin lớn nhất, dẫn đầu về phát hành cả trong chu kỳ tăng trưởng lẫn các thời điểm thị trường biến động mạnh. USDC đứng thứ hai, mở rộng đáng kể trong các giai đoạn “risk-on” và vẫn duy trì ảnh hưởng khi thị trường suy yếu.
Ngược lại, các stablecoin còn lại như DAI, PYUSD, USDe, USD1 và nhiều token nhỏ khác chỉ chiếm hơn 15% thị phần. Điều này phản ánh một thế song quyền rõ rệt, ngày càng chi phối dòng vốn trên các sàn giao dịch, giao thức DeFi và hoạt động thanh toán xuyên biên giới.
