3月4日消息，韩国警方近日破获一起通过加密货币支付的“私人复仇”团伙案件，多名嫌疑人因受雇实施骚扰和破坏行为被捕。据水原地方法院发出的逮捕令显示，一名20多岁男子（姓氏为 Im）涉嫌在京畿道东滩新城公寓闯入住户住所，喷洒红色油漆、散落垃圾，并散发诽谤传单，同时在现场留下粪便。
调查显示，嫌疑人通过加密通讯软件 Telegram 接收指令，表明此次行动具有一定组织性。据警方透露，所有被捕人员均称因执行任务获得约 50 万至 100 万韩元（约合 380 至 760 美元）的加密货币报酬。此前，2月24日，另一名20多岁男子在军浦市山本洞对多户住宅进行类似破坏，也已被拘留。检方指出，嫌疑人的行为与指令人之间存在协调，涉及多个城市和案件。
警方正在追查幕后组织者，并审查去年12月平泽市发生的类似案件，初步判断与近期事件作案手法一致。目前，案件仍在进一步调查中，以确认更多涉案人员及潜在高级指挥者。官员表示，这类事件凸显社交媒体和加密平台可能被滥用以组织和煽动骚扰行为，承诺将追查幕后黑手，防止加密技术被用于非法用途。
专家指出，随着加密货币交易的匿名性和跨境特性增加，类似犯罪事件可能呈现增长趋势。警方和立法机构正加强对加密支付与网络指令犯罪的监管和监控，以确保公共安全和居民权益。
