然而，全球范围内该搜索词的热度自去年8月份曾达到峰值100后已逐渐下降，本月仅为38，显示出恐慌情绪主要集中在美国。
分析指出，美国的搜索激增可能反映了散户投资者的广泛恐慌情绪，并可能成为反向买入信号。2021年和2022年类似搜索高峰曾与比特币价格的局部底部相吻合。然而，由于Google Trends基于相对兴趣评分（0-100），并不反映绝对搜索量，因此这一信号未必能准确预测趋势反转。
此外，美国近期的特定宏观经济事件，如关税升级、与伊朗的紧张局势以及国内股市避险情绪等，可能加剧了美国投资者的担忧，而亚洲和欧洲市场的投资者对比特币价格下跌的反应相对较为平静。尽管如此，美国散户的恐慌情绪仍在显著上升，但未必能完全作为比特币价格反转的可靠指标。
