ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，香港证券及期货事务监察委员会（SFC）已正式批准 Victory Fintech Company Limited（品牌：VDX）运营虚拟资产交易平台。这是自 2025 年以来 SFC 首次批准新平台牌照，现持牌虚拟资产交易平台总数增至 12 家。
据悉，Victory Fintech 为港股上市公司胜利证券（股票代码：8540）的附属公司，获批从事第 1 类（证券交易）和第 7 类（提供自动化交易服务）受规管活动。其关联实体 VDX Custody Limited 同时获反洗钱及反恐融资条例批准，提供数字资产托管服务。
