据悉，数秦科技是一家杭州区块链企业。公开资料显示，其创始人曾参与创办“壹比特”并任 CTO，是国内最早一批区块链创业者；此前数秦科技已围绕 RBA（真实商业资产）开展探索，依托“全流程可信数据”对企业经营、收益与风险进行结构化呈现，并形成“三重增信”治理框架：以真实业务支撑资产可持续性、以可信数据实现可核验与可追溯、以治理结构前置合规要求与责任边界。与此同时，数秦引入“粒数据”方法论，将业务拆解为最小可验证单元，完整呈现业务过程链路，以满足真实性、可追溯与风险隔离等关键要求，为新质生产力企业对接国际资本提供底层支撑。
