2026年3月13日现货黄金午间解析
今天日早盘，现货黄金走势完全符合预判，5130附近承压回调，早盘先冲高再回落，整体走震荡偏弱。

昨天金价大跌，日线破了短期均线，空头占优；4小时图持续走弱，上方5130是明显压力位，多头一到这里就没力气，直接回落。下方先看5100关口支撑，破位就看5050附近，早盘波动不大，就是高位承压、低位试探的节奏。

消息面也不复杂：一是美联储降息预期持续降温，大家觉得今年降息次数很少，美元和美债收益率走强，黄金不生息，自然被压制；二是昨晚美国就业数据不错，进一步打压降息预期，利空黄金；三是中东局势虽有扰动，但暂时没升级，避险买盘不多，撑不起金价。

早盘我们提前预判5130附近承压回调，行情精准兑现。早盘金价在5100-5130区间震荡，冲高无力、回落有承接，短线还是空头主导。
操作上，反弹到5120-5130压力区可顺势看空，下方关注5100、5050两个支撑位，破位再看更低点位。
