Solana-based decentralized exchange (DEX) aggregator Jupiter's official X (formerly Twitter) account was compromised on February 6, 2025. The unauthorized access led to the promotion of fraudulent memecoins, resulting in significant losses for traders.
In response, JupiterDAO, the decentralized autonomous organization associated with Jupiter, issued a warning to users:
