"Holding coins for ten years is not as good as rolling positions for ten days."
Once, I just laughed it off, until I personally experienced all this and understood the profound meaning of this phrase.
That time, I invested 1,000 US dollars into rolling positions, and after three months, my account jumped to 300k US dollars.
This is not luck, but discipline, rhythm, and a bit of "laziness" wisdom behind it.
When I first entered the circle, I was like most beginners, seeing a candlestick rise and going all-in, falling and stubbornly adding positions, with no rules at all.
However, after repeated failures, I learned another approach.
First: Diversify, saving your life is the key. I split 1,000 US dollars into five parts, only operating one part each time.
The remaining four parts stay untouched—that's my trump card, even if the market explodes, I won't lose everything to zero.
Second: Set take profit and stop loss before entering the market. Before each position, determine the profit and loss ratio.
Take profits and secure gains, accept losses without dragging, never be soft-hearted.
Third: Only trade mainstream coins, avoid altcoins. Altcoins are exciting, with quick fluctuations, but high risk and quick death.
I only trade familiar mainstream coins, steadily progressing, accumulating small wins into big wins.
Fourth: Review is 100 times more important than watching the market.
After each day's close, I set aside time to review: stick to what was right, correct what was wrong.
Repeated optimization will make me better and better. Most importantly, attitude.
In the face of intense volatility, I stay calm, avoid impulsiveness, and don’t gamble with my life. Some rely on indicators and leverage to gamble on luck, but in the end, they can't even protect their principal.
I choose to use the "lazy" method—rolling positions for stable compound interest, not gambling.
As a result, after three months, 1,000 US dollars turned into 300k US dollars.
That sense of steadiness is something that short-term surges and full-position gambling can never give.
Getting rich in the crypto world is not about luck or prediction, but about patience, discipline, and carefully rolling the principal.
