⚡ Bitcoin +1,600 USD in 60 minutes. 81 million USD of shorts liquidated. What's really happening?
BTC just broke through $69,000 like a hot knife through butter and wiped out $81 million of short positions in an hour. A weekend. Without institutional volume. US futures remain in the red.
Two scenarios. Only one is right for you.
🔍 Scenario 1 — The market knows something:
Crypto often front-runs major macro news. A US-Iran agreement in the works would make sense with this kind of sudden move over a weekend. If that's the case… the continuation on Monday morning would be violently upward.
🔍 Scenario 2 — Classic weekend manipulation:
Low volume + high leverage + weekend = perfect playground for chasing shorts. Liquidating $81M moves the price mechanically. And when Wall Street opens on Monday… back to reality.
📌 What I’m watching:
∙ US futures at Monday morning open — that’s where everything is confirmed or erased
∙ Staying above $69,000 until Monday would be a strong signal
∙ A quick correction at open would validate the manipulation scenario
💡 Honestly:
Over a weekend, with negative futures, I don’t trust this move with my eyes closed. Nice to look at. Dangerous to follow without confirmation.
Monday morning will tell the truth. ⏳
