Exactly 13 years ago, Satoshi Nakamoto published his last public message on the Bitcointalk forum, marking the end of an era. The Bitcoin founder wrote at the time that "there is still significant work to be done in combating DoS attacks (Denial of Service)." Since this message in March 2013, Nakamoto's whereabouts have remained unknown. His disappearance from the public eye has made him a mysterious figure in cryptocurrency history. Satoshi Nakamoto's final message remains a symbol of Bitcoin's turbulent early days and serves as a reminder to the community of the technical challenges faced during its initial development. His absence has ultimately given Bitcoin more room for decentralized governance.
