Currently, the U.S. Department of Justice is still bringing lawsuits against multiple developers of privacy tools, and even sentencing them, including cases involving tools related to Bitcoin and Ethereum. Among them, the Ethereum developer Roman Storm has already been partially convicted, and prosecutors are trying to restart the remaining charges.
