The typical options journey is almost always the same.
Start with day trading, blow up a few times, then “get smart” and move to weekly covered calls & CSPs. (wheel) Lose money "slower", & still never beat the market because the entire framework is backwards. Eventually they realize the problem wasn’t options, it was using options in the wrong form. Options are just a way to magnify something. That is all they are good for. If you have a ultra compelling setup, magnify it. If not, don't. It's very simple.
