Eating order: first fiber, then protein/fat, and finally carbohydrates. I studied the universality of his related experiments with a skeptical mindset. Found that its universality is actually quite average. But interestingly, I experimented on myself for a few days. Now my mental state has obviously improved a lot, and I feel more energetic. Just woke up and found the long-lost flag-raising moment has returned. What a bunch of nonsense, brothers—just follow the instructions.
