Is the housing market really this bad now?!

I bought a 45-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in a school district in 2015 for 460,000 yuan.
Besides living there for two years, I rented it out to others.
Rent was 1,900-2,000 yuan.
The second-hand highest selling price was 1,000,000 yuan (didn't close the deal; the next day I scheduled a meeting to sign the contract, but I was greedy and backed out. As a result, the price never went up again. I guess that family still thanks me to this day😥).
I finally sold it for 780,000 yuan.
Just checked the current situation.
Rent is 1,400-1,600 yuan.
Listing price for sale is 450,000-550,000 yuan (final transaction price is probably even less).
I used to worry that I sold the house at a bad price, but now I think I’m really awesome!!!
