Going back to my hometown for the New Year, I noticed that many people who have been working outside for years love to renovate or rebuild their old houses when they return home.
If the old house is in a poor location, I feel there’s no real need to renovate or rebuild at all. It’s like pouring a bunch of funds into a product that is almost impossible to turn a profit on. I don’t understand.
