Last night and this morning, international precious metals futures prices generally declined.
COMEX gold futures fell 2.33%, closing at $4,896.10 per ounce, COMEX silver futures dropped 3.93%, closing at $73.55 per ounce.
Spot gold declined 2.33%, to $4,878.89 per ounce. Spot silver fell 4.16%, to $73.50 per ounce.
This morning, some precious metal prices remained volatile with a downward trend.
