Iran’s Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council and Advisor to the Supreme Leader, Ali Larijani, visited Qatar on the 11th and held talks separately with Qatar’s Emir (Head of State) Tamim and Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Mohammed. The discussions focused on regional developments and the latest progress in Iran-U.S. negotiations. Qatar reiterated during the talks that it supports all efforts aimed at easing tensions, seeking peaceful solutions, and strengthening regional security and stability. All parties should work together to prevent escalation that could negatively impact the people in the region.
