Humana Inc. (NYSE:HUM) shares dropped premarket after its 2026 earnings forecast of “at least $9.00” per share fell significantly below analyst expectations of $12.00, despite better-than-expected fourth-quarter 2025 results. The company reported an adjusted net loss of -$3.96 per share and revenue of $32.52 billion for Q4 2025. Humana expects approximately 25% growth in individual Medicare Advantage membership for 2026 and highlighted growth in its CenterWell platform.
