$BERA Brothers, have any of you purchased the Bera fixed-term product with over 300% annualized yield in the past month? My investment hasn't matured yet, but I was told it was changed to 23%. Customer service said that the previous interest was a system issue, and now it's been fixed. They also said this issue was fixed on February 12, but I wasn't notified and only found out today by chance. Is anyone else seeking to protect their rights?

I'm in exactly the same situation. They want to compensate with a $10 voucher😂😂, and I'm also in a terrible state after this. Basically, they scammed us; some can change the percentage at any moment. I don't know what to do. I couldn't even withdraw my coins; they say they have no coverage for now 😁.
