I want to say, I do not accept this scapegoating or passing the buck. This has nothing to do with liquidation. As long as I control the liquidation price, both cross and isolated margin modes are fine. Isolated margin is to protect the overall principal from being affected by a single coin. The platform's idea is that everyone uses full margin; if one gets liquidated, it affects everything. If problems arise and they blame the trader, I wouldn't dare to operate anymore.

Customer service told me that the trader added margin, and I was normally triggered to be liquidated. I previously lost 392% on a trade with someone else and was able to add margin to follow them. Today, I made money but couldn't add margin with HeiMa. It's really fun.
