On February 2, according to official sources, BitMine announced that the total value of its held cryptocurrencies, cash, and "potential project" assets reached $10.7 billion, with an increase of 41,788 ETH in the past week. As of 6:00 PM Eastern Time on February 1, 2026, the company's crypto assets include:

· 4,285,125 ETH
· 193 BTC
· $200 million equity investment in Beast Industries
· $20 million equity investment in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) ("Potential Project")
· and a total of $586 million in cash

Bitmine Executive Chairman Thomas "Tom" Lee stated: "ETH prices have sharply fallen from about $3,000 to around $2,300 over the past month. Meanwhile, Ethereum's daily trading volume has hit a record high of 2.5 million transactions, and the number of daily active addresses in 2026 has surged to a historic peak of 1 million. In other words, on-chain activity and fundamentals for Ethereum have significantly strengthened over the past few months, yet ETH prices are declining. During the crypto winter of 2021-2022 or 2018-2019, Ethereum's trading activity and active wallet counts both declined, which is the opposite of what we've observed over the past 12 months. Therefore, we believe that the reasons behind ETH's weak price are more related to non-fundamental factors. First and foremost, we think the primary reason is that, affected by the residual impact of the 'October 10' event, leverage funds have not yet returned to the cryptocurrency market."

"In the past week, we acquired 41,788 ETH," Lee continued. "Bitmine has been steadily increasing its Ethereum holdings, and given the strengthening fundamentals, we find this correction quite attractive. In our view, ETH's current price does not reflect its high utility and its value as a core component of the future financial system."
