DTTM Operations, the company managing the intellectual property rights of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has filed a trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This submission suggests a strategic move toward creating a blockchain-based platform dedicated to NFTs and virtual experiences, demonstrating that Trump does not intend to stop his foray into the crypto sector.

USPTO Application Reveals Ambitious Plans in Blockchain and NFT

The documentation submitted to the USPTO explicitly describes the intention to develop a comprehensive digital platform. According to the documents, DTTM Operations has applied for protection for services including access to non-fungible tokens, cryptocurrency transaction management, virtual reality software and hardware, as well as blockchain-based games with integrated tokens for interactive virtual worlds.

Most notably, there is a specific mention of “digital collectibles” that would incorporate images, sounds, videos, and texts of Donald Trump himself. Although the application does not detail launch dates or complete technical specifications, it clearly points toward a platform where users could exchange and collect exclusive digital assets related to Trump. This approach reflects the trend of celebrities capitalizing on the demand for customized NFTs.

Trump’s Bet on Cryptocurrencies: From Memecoin to the Metaverse

During his current presidential administration, Trump has demonstrated consistent commitment to developing digital assets. He launched his own memecoin called TRUMP, in addition to gaining a visible position within the crypto industry by promising to make Bitcoin the reserve currency of the United States.
