OpenAI Launches New Advertising Service in February with Pay-Per-View Model



According to a report on January 21st, The Information has scooped that OpenAI has already begun offering a beta version of a new chatbot advertising program to several major advertisers. This service is scheduled to fully launch in February and plans to introduce an innovative billing system.

OpenAI's new advertising service differs from traditional ad models by adopting a view-based billing approach. It is designed to charge advertisers based on the number of times users see ads within the chatbot. This view-based approach is expected to increase transparency of ad effectiveness and enable more accurate ROI measurement.

Dozens of advertising partners are already participating in the testing phase of this new service, with preparations underway for a full-scale launch in February.
