JPMORGAN: Major Organization Leads the Next Wave of Crypto Capital Flows

🔹 JPMorgan states that capital inflows into crypto may continue and accelerate after a record-breaking 2025, with approximately $130 billion flowing into the market.

🔹 The bank expects institutional participation to increase significantly in 2026, thanks to clearer crypto regulations in the US and the growing recognition of crypto as a mainstream asset.

🔹 JPMorgan estimates that most of the 2025 capital came from BTC and ETH Spot ETFs, likely driven by retail investors on Wall Street.

🔹 More than half of the total capital came from Digital Asset Trusts, with individual strategies contributing around $23 billion.

🔹 Trading activity in Bitcoin and Ethereum futures on CME decreased in 2025, indicating that some institutions no longer need CME futures for crypto investment and are shifting to more efficient and cost-effective methods such as ETFs and publicly traded Bitcoin holdings, while CME futures are now mainly used for hedging purposes.

🔹 Crypto venture capital investment remains weak compared to previous cycle peaks, despite ongoing improvements in the legal environment.
