Recently, an interesting technical detail was discovered in the SHIB ecosystem—Shiba Inu and Zama (a Paris-based open-source cryptography team) initiated a strategic partnership as early as February 2024, and this collaboration targets the privacy upgrade plan for Shibarium in 2026.
Speaking of the technical aspect, Zama brings a Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) solution—this sounds complex, but the core logic is quite straightforward: enabling smart contracts to perform computations directly on fully encrypted data without needing to decrypt it first. In other words, transaction amounts, account balances, and even contract logic can be completely confidential. This is true on-chain privacy.
Shibarium's integration plan is also quite concrete. They plan to incorporate Zama's fhEVM (the FHE version of the EVM virtual machine), aiming to make Shibarium one of the few truly native privacy-supporting EVM-compatible public chains. This will enable features like confidential transactions, privacy smart contracts, private DeFi interactions, and even DAO payments.
This technological upgrade will create numerous ripple effects for BONE (used as gas fee and governance token), and in the future, more privacy-oriented applications may be built on Shibarium. It’s worth paying attention to the progress of this route.

Wait, it won't be launched until 2026? How long do I have to wait?

Wow, FHE really can be implemented in practice? We've been planning this for two years, and this time it's for real.

Start planning for the privacy upgrade in 2026 now—that's the pragmatic way to get things done.

Damn, is FHE really coming? 2026 is still far away, but this approach does seem a bit interesting...
Wait, will BONE increase because of this? It feels like the privacy track has always been hyped up.
How active is the Shibarium ecosystem right now? Has anyone used this technology once it's implemented...
If this collaboration can really create on-chain privacy, transactions won't be afraid of being tracked, which is a bit 🍺
Could SHIB also be heading down the Monero path?
FHE encryption execution sounds powerful, but will the Gas fees be sky-high...

I'm here to buy the dip, not to chase the top.
Wait, it won't launch until 2026? Then I have to wait another two years to see the real deal.
FHE sounds impressive, but how long will it take for practical use cases to fill the entire ecosystem? Hopefully it's not just another PPT coin trick.
However, if BONE, this gas coin, can ride the privacy hype wave, I might get cut again haha.

Whoa, is SHIB preparing a big move? Privacy upgrade in 2026, this script is quite interesting.

Waiting until 2026 for privacy? Can't wait that long anymore.

FHE sounds impressive, but the real implementation depends on what can be delivered by 2026... Privacy hype is easy to hype up, but risk control is the real key.

Wait, privacy isn't coming until 2026? It's already 2024...
