Scalability is easy to talk about, but let's see the gas fees come down first.

Sounds good, but isn't everyone competing for throughput? There are very few who can truly stay steady.

Really, scalability is still a huge challenge nowadays. It's easy to say but extremely difficult to implement.
Poor architecture design makes even the best vision pointless.
Stability? Ha, I've seen too many crash scenes.
Standing the test of the market? Just listen, truly awesome projects have already been refined.
Stacking these parameters together is simply unrealistic; trade-offs are necessary.

It sounds like you're saying that most chains haven't been well developed yet?

The scalability aspect has been talked about for a long time; the key still lies in stability — that's where the design philosophy is truly tested.
