Imagine a scenario: you buy a trading account from someone else, and then the original owner suddenly appears, presenting their ID and real-name information, clearly stating that the account belongs to them, and demanding the platform reset the login password and withdrawal permissions. At this moment, which should a major exchange trust? The party that can prove their identity, or the party that only claims it without providing evidence?

This is not just a theoretical question. The determination of account ownership directly relates to the security of user assets. The platform should prioritize trusting the party that can provide complete identity verification — this is basic compliance logic. Otherwise, the risk of account resale cannot be controlled.
