This week, the crypto market experienced quite a few twists and turns. From the overall trend, the rhythm was basically a surge, a pullback, and then oscillation—a complete small cycle.

Bitcoin started the week at 90,790 and shot up directly to 94,760, looking quite fierce. But the good times didn't last long; by Wednesday, it had retraced, dropping to a low of 89,242. After that, it lost its momentum, repeatedly hovering around the 9x,000 level, with bulls and bears fighting fiercely. Ethereum followed the same rhythm, rebounding from a low of 3,115 to 3,308, then facing similar resistance and falling back. By Thursday evening, after touching a low of 3,052, it stabilized and then traded sideways around 3,100.

Although this week's market was full of ups and downs, there were still opportunities for swing trading. Bitcoin gained a total of 15,972 points in its range, while Ethereum accumulated 471 points. The final results are quite decent.

Looking at the daily chart now, after the previous correction, the trading volume hasn't kept up; instead, it has entered a sideways consolidation mode. Throughout the process, the Bollinger Bands have been converging, with prices repeatedly moving within the upper and middle bands. Interestingly, multiple dips did not effectively break below the key support at 89,000, indicating there is indeed support below. However, the resistance above is also very strong, so the short-term direction remains unclear.

In the short term, selling pressure above is still heavy, and the convergence of the Bollinger Bands continues. The trading strategy is mainly to short at high levels, with proper risk management.

Consider shorting BTC around 91,500 with a target of 89,500. For ETH, position around 3,150 with a target near 3,050.

Another week of intense consolidation, it's exhausting just to watch. BTC keeps stalling around the 90K mark, so annoying.

Does this support at 89,000 really hold up? It still feels like we should wait and see.

Stuck in a stalemate for a week, still have to rely on swing trading to make a living.
