Looking at the latest trend of LYN futures, the RSI across several cycles is in the oversold deep water zone, which is usually a clear rebound signal. But the problem is that the trading volume has already shrunk significantly—down to 88.5%, making the situation ambiguous.

Breakout analysis depends on technicals. The 15-minute RSI is at 34.5, and the hourly chart is even more extreme, with RSI dropping to 28.3. The MACD histogram is still expanding below the zero line, indicating that the current weakness is ongoing. The 4-hour RSI is stuck at 33.5, and the overall downward trend remains unchanged.

In terms of price, it is currently stuck at the psychological level of 0.1000. The resistance levels above are 0.1050 and 0.1120, while the support levels below have collapsed to 0.0950 and 0.0880.

How to operate? My idea is this: if it can hold steady above 0.1050, you can enter a small long position with the target at 0.1120, but set a stop-loss at 0.1000. Conversely, if it breaks below 0.0950, the volume might accelerate its release, and at that point, I would choose to sit and wait. As for the range between 0.0950 and 0.1050, the trading volume is thin, and the volatility isn’t meaningful, so there’s no need to join the fun.

Honestly, the current market sentiment isn’t very good, and the volume is at the bottom. I prefer to wait. Wait until there’s a clear breakout above 0.1050, or until 0.1000 can hold volume-wise, then consider a light long position. Moving now isn’t worth the odds.

The trading volume has shrunk by 88.5%, and you still want a rebound? Isn't that fishing? I'll just sit and wait until the signal is clearer before saying anything.

With such poor volume, you still want a rebound? Wake up, buddy. Wait, wait, I just like this feeling of sitting and waiting for death. If 0.1050 can't be broken, I'll keep lying flat. Why bother getting involved in this muddy water? This wave indeed has poor odds, I'd rather miss out than get trapped. Volume has shrunk by 88.5%, that's outrageous. Who dares to move? The RSI has already bottomed out but is still dropping. The weakness isn't over yet. Only consider going up if there's a breakout. I agree with this idea, let's wait.

With such shrinking volume, even obvious rebound signals are useless... Forcing it at this time is just a gamble on odds.

With such shrinking volume, you still expect a rebound? Dream on. Wait for signals, no rush.

The trading volume has shrunk to 88.5%. Still expecting a rebound? I think it's uncertain. At such times, you should honestly wait for signals and not act recklessly.

With such poor volume, what's the point of a rebound? Let's just wait and see.
