#密码资产动态追踪 Recently discovered the $WAL project, which is quite worth paying attention to. Walrus Protocol is a decentralized storage solution launched by the Sui ecosystem team. Its core advantage is the ability to handle large-scale unstructured data storage and retrieval, while keeping costs relatively low.
Now, Web3 applications have an increasing demand for data storage, and DApps are looking for more efficient underlying infrastructure. WAL's storage proof mechanism seems quite competitive; whether from a technical implementation or ecological application perspective, there is a lot of room for imagination. Especially in the ecosystem collaboration on the Sui public chain, there should be some interesting developments in the future. 🚀

The storage track is indeed hot, but whether WAL can seize the Sui ecosystem's dividends remains to be seen based on subsequent operations.

ngl, the storage proof mechanism is interesting but have you actually calculated the cost-per-byte basis points vs filecoin's current pricing? because that's where the real arbitrage opportunity lives, not the hype narrative

Another infrastructure project in the Sui ecosystem, storage is indeed a necessity. The design approach of WAL is quite reasonable. However, ultimately, this storage solution depends on who can truly implement it in DApps; otherwise, it might just become another "promising" air coin.

Is the storage track about to pump again? History always repeats itself, just look at how those storage concept coins from last year are doing now. But this wave is indeed a bit different; there's some synergy in the Sui ecosystem. The key still depends on whether the big players are willing to spend money. No matter how advanced the technology is, if the project team has no determination, it's all in vain.

I've looked into low-cost storage, but what really constrains arbitrage opportunities is the gas consumption of that proof mechanism. I need to carefully examine the interaction costs of this guy in the mempool.

The Sui ecosystem is making moves again. The storage sector definitely needs attention, but it depends on whether WAL can truly be implemented...
By the way, the name Walrus is quite outrageous. Who would have thought it would be a storage solution, haha.
It feels like another project with "great potential," but how it actually progresses remains to be seen.
The storage proof mechanism sounds promising, but FIL also claimed similar things back in the day...
Sui is definitely doing something interesting. The ecosystem collaboration aspect is quite intriguing and worth following.
Trying small amounts to get on board and test the waters. Anyway, this is Web3, so just gamble on the prospects.
Decentralized storage has yet to see a killer app. Can WAL break through? I'm a bit skeptical.
I believe in low-cost storage, but how to ensure security and stability? Not many details have been seen.
If this thing can truly solve large-scale data problems, the Sui ecosystem will take off.

There are now many projects in the storage public chain space. Why can WAL stand out from the rest?

The Sui ecosystem has new developments again. Storage indeed needs supplementation. The logic of WAL remains the same—low cost + proof mechanism. It sounds good, but it depends on whether real applications can be widely adopted.

Proof of Storage mechanism? You should first look at the audit report, don't be fooled by marketing hype.
