regulatory approval doesn't mean the infrastructure's actually been audited properly, tbh. bitnomial got the stamp but... has anyone actually validated their smart contracts? just saying, trust but verify

honestly? "regulatory approval" just means they found the right compliance checkbox to tick. doesn't actually guarantee the protocol is trustless or that users understand what they're betting on lol
