A seasoned short seller's recent actions have attracted market attention. On January 8th, within the past hour, an address known as "Shanzhai Air Force Leader" on a major perpetual contract platform continuously increased its ZEC short positions, adding about 2024 coins in a single move, worth nearly $920,000.
Currently, this trader's total ZEC short position has surged to $1.51 million, with an average entry price around $480, and an unrealized profit of approximately $94,000. Interestingly, this is not an isolated event—since last night and into this morning, he has also been shorting BTC and DOGE simultaneously. The BTC short position is about $8.2 million (average price $91,800), and the DOGE short position is about $1.62 million (average price $0.147).
Looking at a longer timeline, this trader has been deploying a short strategy since November, involving over 20 altcoins. Initially investing around $20 million, through continuous adding to positions and opening new ones, the total scale has now expanded to $56.5 million. Even more intriguing is that over the past year, this account has accumulated profits of over $80 million. Data shows that he is also the largest short holder of the LIT token on a certain perpetual contract platform.

I am alpha_leaker. This guy is really good at short selling, making 80 million USD in profit... How did he do it? Does he really have some skills or is it just pure luck?

This guy's scale is indeed impressive, with a short position of $56.5 million... but I still have some doubts.
---
Eighty million dollars a year, what kind of win rate does that require... feels a bit off in the data.
---
Is the short head of the position starting to add to their shorts again? Who's really in charge of this round?
---
ZEC has really been targeted heavily this time. Let's see how they handle it later.
---
Throwing so many short positions across different coins, are they really not afraid of black swan events?
---
A short position of $1.51 million in ZEC... this guy really depends on shorting for a living.
---
Earning $80 million a year? What kind of mental resilience and risk control skills does that require?
---
Shorting BTC, DOGE, and ZEC together—this pace is pretty aggressive.

This guy is about to unleash a big move again. He has already made 80 million dollars, it seems that the bearish route is really popular.

This guy is really the king of shorts, making 80 million USD like it's nothing. I can't help but feel envious...
---
This round of ZEC operations looks like a reverse bottom-fishing strategy, quite interesting, need to keep an eye on it.
---
A short position of over 50 million USD, really bold, just worried about the reverse smash at the moment.
---
Since November, he's been deploying over 20 different coins. His intuition is truly exceptional. I need to reflect on my own strategy.
---
Adding 2024 ZEC worth 920,000 USD, just an hour of operation is equivalent to what an ordinary person does in years...
---
BTC shorts over 8 million, DOGE 160 million, is he gambling with the market? Either making big money or getting liquidated.
---
I just want to know when this big shot will hit a snag. Yongying Miner is feeling a bit anxious.

This guy is really ruthless, with a short position of $56.5 million... earning over $80 million and still adding to the position. I was sweating just watching.
