The domestic Web3 environment is becoming increasingly severe. Recently, a friend returning from abroad was questioned, and his bank card was almost frozen due to inquiries about the source of funds. Now, there are even anti-fraud teams directly visiting homes to check phones, claiming to be part of big data risk control. If you don’t see the person, it’s to avoid financial loss or even a direct freeze of the account. Fortunately, he brought a spare phone with only Telegram installed, and in the end, he was asked to delete it in person.

Most of these incidents are somewhat related to the crypto world. Traveling abroad, withdrawing USDT, or accessing the internet outside the country are all flagged as high-risk behaviors by big data. If you encounter these situations, don’t panic. It’s just that you’ve been marked as a risk control target by big data, especially in high-risk areas. They usually give you a heads-up in advance, so there’s generally nothing serious.

To avoid unnecessary trouble, it’s best to prepare in advance:
1. Prepare a rarely used phone, preferably not your main device for meetings. Don’t make it look too fake; at least install some apps.
2. Both iOS and Android have hidden app functions. Long-pressing an app can set it to hidden. Make sure to hide crypto apps, VPNs, Telegram, X, and all related apps.
