The Salaryman project really needs a reliable CTO. If we can recruit a technically skilled and truly capable Chief Technology Officer, it might be able to solidify the technical aspect of this project. For now, we're just hoping the project team will have good news in this regard.

The CTO position is indeed a big problem; frankly, it's just lacking someone who truly understands the industry.

Having a reliable CTO is indeed key, but to be honest, how many of these heavyweight roles are willing to join?

ngl, a solid cto is basically life or death for these projects... seen too many promising ones tank because the tech side was held together with duct tape and prayers lol. position sizing your tech stack right from the start > chasing moon shots with janky infrastructure 🍷

That's right, the CTO position is indeed a bottleneck, and it's hard without a true skilled and capable person.

ngl, finding a competent CTO who actually understands protocol architecture and isn't just another resume collector... that's the real inefficiency vector here. most projects settle for mediocrity when they need someone who can actually optimize state transitions properly.

As for the CTO position, it's easy to talk about but hard to do. Those who truly have the skills have long been poached by big companies.

CTO? Nice words, but in reality, someone has to be willing to take on this hot potato.

CTO is a nice title, but those who are truly capable have all gone to big companies.
