#美联储政策 Recently, news from the Federal Reserve has left me a bit confused, feeling like I keep seeing the words "cut interest rates," "raise interest rates," and "maintain" appearing in turn 😅

Today, I also saw the President of the Cleveland Fed say that interest rates will be frozen until spring because inflation is still a big problem. What does this mean? Simply put, the Federal Reserve doesn't plan to change interest rates for now, and wants to see if inflation can come down on its own?

Interestingly, another Fed official said that recent inflation data might be "artificially high," due to data distortions caused by the government shutdown. After adjustments, it might support a rate cut 🤔

I'm really curious about how this will affect the crypto world. Is a steady interest rate good news or bad news? It feels like my mood swings every time the Federal Reserve meets. Can any experts help a newbie understand why the Fed's decisions are so important to cryptocurrencies? Is it because when interest rates are high, money goes into government bonds, so less flows into the crypto market?

Looking for some science to catch up on!
