My cousin suffered a huge loss in the cryptocurrency market—36,000 U gone.

That afternoon was especially unforgettable. He deleted all his trading apps, threw his phone onto the sofa, and the screen shattered into a spiderweb pattern. His eyes were bloodshot, and he only managed to squeeze out three words: "It's over."

Then he hid in his room and stayed there for three days straight. Every time I brought food, I could only hear the sound of pages turning, and I never heard his usual laughter again.

He finally came out on the first day of spring. At the neighborhood tea house, he took out his phone to show me—there was only 3,600 U left in his account.

Holding the phone, his eyes looked different: "Either admit defeat, or use this little money to try and turn things around."

Unexpectedly, he actually managed to grow that few thousand yuan into over 100,000 U. Not only did he recover his losses, but he also earned an extra 30,000.

He later said this was a lesson taught by the "losses" he experienced.

Previously, his approach was to go all-in for a sprint, but now it was completely reversed—each trade's position never exceeded a quarter of his total funds. When losses reached one or two, he would stop immediately, with no luck-based thinking.

His logic was simple: "As long as the principal is still there, opportunities will always remain."

He also gave up the illusion of bottom-fishing and top-selling. When the market rises, he takes light positions on long trades; when it falls, he tries short positions with small amounts. This approach once earned him over 6,000 U in a single trade.

The real test is actually self-control.

Whenever he made a profit, he only used a small part to continue trading, and withdrew the rest to his wallet. He said, "Moving too fast makes it easier to lose everything; taking it slow is always more reliable."

He's not a trading genius, just someone who learned how to control greed. Later, he even helped friends grow their funds from 2,000 U to nearly 10,000, and often reminded those around him to cut losses in time.

In fact, there is no true despair in the cryptocurrency market.

By following trading discipline, sticking to the rules, even small capital can generate hope over time.

Many people fall into a cycle of losses, not because they lack effort, but because they haven't found the right direction and system.

Markets are always fluctuating, opportunities are fleeting—only by finding the right mindset can you truly achieve stable results.

This big brother was truly sobered up by the market's beating; losing 360,000 is indeed a mental challenge. The key is that he really recovered from 3600U, and this process is more valuable than the result.

No way, is it really gone? Thirty-six thousand just disappeared like that? I need to reflect on myself...

Can you really accept a liquidation of 360,000? I thought I would have to hide for a year.

Can I bounce back after losing 360,000? This mental toughness is really impressive; I need to learn from it.

360,000 lost but still able to turn things around, this guy really gets it. The key is that line "The principal is still there, the opportunity is always there" — so true.

Honestly, this set of "rules learned from losses" is the most valuable course. Not everyone can recover from a loss of 360,000, and the key is having that level of self-control.
