#稳定币发展与应用 50 million USDT tokens were phished, this is truly a shocking incident. The victim directly confronted the attacker, demanding that 98% of the assets be returned within 48 hours, or they would go to court and pursue international law enforcement. They also offered a $1 million white hat bounty as bait. I have to say, this move is quite clever — it both gives hackers a way out and clearly shows how serious the consequences are.

But on the other hand, this also highlights the real risks involved in using stablecoins. As the most frequently traded stablecoin, USDT's high liquidity also makes it a prime target for hackers. Phishing attacks are hard to defend against, and even the biggest projects can be targeted. Currently, demand for stablecoins in the crypto space is growing, so security measures must keep pace, or user confidence could collapse at any moment.

This incident serves as a wake-up call for everyone — even top stablecoins are not safes, and everyday transfers still require caution.
