Finally able to claim. Tried using the original wallet to claim, but there was no response. Later, I realized it was an issue with that wallet. Switched to a new wallet and claimed again. This time, it went smoothly, and I received 6 NFTs in one go. It seems that sometimes the problem isn't with the project team; you really need to check your wallet settings yourself.
