There are many discussions about market narratives in 2026, but why do very few people mention interop? It shows how shallow most people's understanding of it is.

Don't be fooled by appearances — interoperability is far more than simple cross-chain bridging. People often see it as a token transfer channel from Chain A to Chain B, which is at least two versions behind. True interoperability involves deep collaboration within multi-chain ecosystems, including state synchronization, cross-chain contract calls, liquidity sharing, and other complex mechanisms.

Some projects focusing on cross-chain infrastructure are trying to redefine this concept, making interoperability no longer just a technical gimmick, but a core element in building seamless Web3 experiences. If you still think of interop as just a bridging function, then it's definitely time to update your understanding.

Really, most people just use interop as a bridge and never think twice about it. Honestly, with this level of understanding, retail investors will never catch that wave. Synchronization of states is the core, but unfortunately no one discusses it. It's just another overhyped concept; we'll see when it actually materializes someday. That's why I cleared my positions early; things that no one understands are too risky.

You're right, most people indeed see interop as just a bridging solution, which is too superficial. Real interoperability involves multi-chain state synchronization and more complex mechanisms—liquidity sharing, cross-chain contract calls... that's the core. It's quite strange that when discussing the 2026 narrative, this part is often avoided. If interop can truly be rolled out, it would completely change the game rules, not just a simple token transfer portal. The infrastructure projects currently exploring these areas are what the future looks like, but unfortunately, most people haven't realized it yet. It's a matter of awareness or利益问题, I just want to know

Huh, finally someone dares to say this. Most people are still stuck in the bridging pit. State synchronization sounds simple, but it's actually very deep. True interoperability is much more complex than you think. I also just recently realized that my previous understanding of this area was indeed shockingly shallow. No wonder no one mentioned it.

Ha, you're right. Most people are still stuck in the outdated understanding of bridging. If true interoperability were that simple, it wouldn't be worth paying attention to. State synchronization and cross-chain contract calls are the core, but no one listens when these are discussed. Wait, how many projects claiming to do interoperability actually understand this set? Or is it just another round of packaging and marketing? My goodness, if this could really solve the liquidity fragmentation problem, I would believe it. Right now, it's just a beautiful vision. I strongly agree. When 2026 comes around and we talk about this, we'll be able to see who is really doing things and who is just blowing smoke. Indeed, everyone is hyping concepts, but few truly understand what infrastructure is needed for interoperability. These topics are always niche, but they are indeed easy to overlook... More people need to get this thing figured out.

To be honest, right now in the circle, there are a bunch of people who haven't even figured out what interop is. True multi-chain collaboration is much more complex than those flashy concepts, especially in terms of state synchronization and contract calls, which are indeed high thresholds. Let's see how far those projects that keep touting "seamless experience" can go.
